My professional qualifications include IICRC certifications in carpet cleaning, upholstery & fabric cleaning, water damage and odour control. I’ve been involved in the research and development of new equipment, products and techniques. I’m an active participant in my industry, staying current through continuing education, conventions, technical seminars, and industry trade journals. Meeting regularly in online groups with cleaners from around the globe, I rub elbows with industry leaders willing to share years of wisdom and experience. I’ll never claim to know it all, but I can say with confidence there’s literally no problem I can’t find the solution for.
